8:5. ಮೇಲಿನ ಬೇತ್ಹೋರೋನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಬೇತ್ಹೋರೋನ್ ಎಂಬ ನಗರಗಳನ್ನು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಬಲವಾದ ಕೋಟೆಯ ನಗರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದನು. ಆ ನಗರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋಟೆ, ಕದ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಿದನು.

8:5. ಗೋಡೆಗಳೂ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳೂ ಅಗುಳಿಗಳೂ ಉಳ್ಳ ಕೋಟೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಬೇತ್ಹೋರೋನನ್ನೂ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಬೇತ್ಹೋರೋನನ್ನೂ ಬಾಲಾತೂರನ್ನೂ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಉಗ್ರಾಣದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ರಥಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ರಾಹುತರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.
